    Data review

We work through the data pack, test it against our model and come back with questions.

  3. Stage

    Terms

We agree price or fee, scope and responsibilities, and set them out in contract.

  4. Stage

    Transfer and management

The portfolio moves to Cleyve, or cover starts on new loans. Reporting follows the agreed schedule.
